Sara Yik
Founder & Chair
Sara is a globally experienced professional with over 20 years’ experience at CEO and Board level leading large-scale strategy implementation and change management programs. Sara has worked extensively across Asia-Pacific with MNCs and leading local companies and has a strong track record of delivering bottom line P&L results through large-scale change programs, commercial processes and talent capability building. She is recognised by clients and colleagues for her results orientation, collaborative style and enabling people to achieve their peak performance.
Matthew Waterhouse
CEO
Matthew has over 20 years’ experience in starting, growing and listing new technology companies, global corporate & project operations and top-level management consulting in SE Asia, USA and the Middle East. Most recently, Matthew founded, grew and listed an industry leading 3D printing company. Previous to that, Matthew led operations as Chief Operating Officer for US$2.8Bn global engineering company, Keppel Engineering. Matthew developed his consulting skills with McKinsey & Company leaving as Associate Principal, supporting global clients in oil & gas, infrastructure, shipping and operations improvement as well as coaching and developing senior leaders.
Phillip Ralph
Principal
Phillip is the Founder and Director of The Leadership Sphere Pty Ltd. Phillip’s passion is working with leaders and teams whose desire is to achieve high levels of performance and make a difference. The approach adopted combines a diverse range of commercial, government and senior corporate experiences.
Prior to establishing TLS, Phillip spent six years with the highly successful and innovative ANZ cultural transformation program called Breakout, where he was the Head of Consulting and Facilitation.
Tsun-yan Hsieh
Senior Advisor
Tsun-yan Hsieh is the Founder and Chairman of LinHeart Group, a Leadership services firm specialising in advising boards and counseling CEOs on issues of succession, leadership trajectory and top team effectiveness.
In a career spanning 30 years with McKinsey, he served clients in corporate transformation and leadership development. He joined McKinsey in Toronto and became its Managing Director, Canada. He returned to Asia in 2000 as Managing Director of ASEAN and was Chairman of Asia Client Committee until 2008
He is currently an Independent Director of Manulife Financial and Singapore Airlines. Board roles in Singapore include the Singapore International Foundation, the National University of Singapore Business School, the Institute of Policy Studies and the Singapore Symphony. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Leadership at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
Wendy Chua

Wendy has over 15 years experience in helping individuals and organisations thrive through challenges. Wendy has a First-Class Honours in Psychology which she has applied to business, education and personal transformations. Wendy has served multiple organisations including Merrill Lynch Global Services, Manulife Singapore, Credit Suisse, RBS Coutts, Pertamina and Singapore Ministry of Defence.
